Once you have a client we'll talk, (and do you a great deal to get you started) that's the way it works.

 Directions to Westland Studios: 

Driving From Belfast to Dublin:

1.Take the westbound M1

2.Exit at Sprucefield, junction 7, to the A1 (after Lisburn) - 500 m

3.At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A1

Apart from the Hillsborough roundabout (go straight over it), it’s A1/M1 all the way to Dublin (skip the next paragraph)

From Dublin Airport to the Southbound M1:

1.Head north out of the airport - 280 m

2.At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit - 500 m

3.Slight right at Dublin Rd, Go through 1 roundabout - 900 m

4.At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the M1 ramp - 700 m

From the Southbound M1 to Westland Studios:

1.Go south on M1, take the tunnel to the docks (right lanes) - 8.8 km

2.Continue onto E Wall Rd - 650 m

3.At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto N Wall Quay - 1 km

4.Turn left onto R105 (crosses the river, you have no choice) - 1.4 km

5.Take the 1st left onto City Quay - 250 m6.Slight right onto Lombard St E180 m

6.Take the left onto Townsend St (at the Windjammer Pub) - 57 m

7.First right into Magennis Square - 37 m

8.Continue straight onto Magennis Place - 25 m

The Studio Door is just after the martial arts club on your right. - 25 m

Driving From Cork: (do NOT use google maps as it is unaware that Pearse St is one way.)

M8 -->M7 -->N7

1.N7 (signs for Ath Cliath/Dublin/An Chill/Kill) - 20.6 km

2.Exit on the right onto Naas Rd/R110 toward M50

3.Continue to follow Naas Rd

4.Continue onto Tyrconnell Rd - 750 m

5.Continue onto Grattan Crescent - 450 m

6.Turn left onto Memorial Rd - 130 m

7.Turn right onto Con Colbert Rd/N - 41.9 km

8.Turn right onto Wolfe Tone Quay/N - 42.2 km
